The hotel is in top shape, the rooms are spacious and the hotel the front reception centre has good customer friendly attitude. The reception helped me with everything I asked for and ensured anything we needed, like extra tea packets or toiletries, were always promptly sent to the room. The location is quiet but has a lot of construction happening in adjoining blocks, leading to road blockades which was sometimes confusing the cab drivers on the way out. The regular shuttle service to metro station is hence an added bonus and helps out the transit situation, a lot. Being on tad outskirts of the city, one wont find a lot of nearby activities around which is a point to consider if you like to see more people around. The hotel has an attached gym which is very convenient. There are grocery stores nearby which helps as well. The restaurant is situated on the first floor of restaurant which serves incredible food. Some of the staff were very nice and extra helpful. Overall we stayed for 5 days and it was a time well spent. Will recommend this to anyone who is looking for a quite time at Dubai.

Amazing hotel! It is very beautiful and personnel is very polite! Every day when I came back I found my room as clean as it was at first day. Not far from metro and supermarket as well. Also there is a shuttle bus. Highly recommend this hotel! Many thanks to Mr. Nihal and Mr. Babar!

I checked in with my family, and they gave us one master bedroom with a king-size bed and another one for the kids twin single beds. The check-in was very smooth with friendly staff. Amenities in the room were clean towels, shaving set, dental kit, vanity kit , slippers, tea coffee with hot water kettle, and water bottles. There is a fridge , comfortable pillows and mattress is also very comfortable. Room service is great , with a huge variety of International and Thai cuisines Restaurant on the first floor offers breakfast in the monring and Also great Thai authentic food full of flavours and very accommodating staff and smiling staff. Will definitely come back to the hotel and also to try more dishes from the Asian Street by Thai restaurant while enjoying the weather on the huge terrace. Also, a shuttle service every 30 mins to metro station and also takes to Dubai marina and near by shopping malls on few days. They also have a beautiful gaming room in the basement with Snooker and dart board and PS5 games and relaxing massage chair, and also amazing Coin laundry services with ironing board. Please keep up the great work, guys !!!

This is our first time coming to dubai so we were very grateful for all of the help from the reception as they helped book for example the safari trip and so on. Furthermore, the room cleaning service was daily which was very helpful. The food was also very tasty and they had a wide variety of food to select from. Just some of the many great staff we're Rizwan, Anas, Osama and one of our floor cleaners Kazi was also great.

Love it, staff at the reception are super friendly and kind special thanks to Isama, Rizwan, Baber, and Anas. Also Housekeeping staff are great chawkat, Danoshka, praveen and kul. The beautiful part they have washing machines at a very low cost. ♥️

This is the perfect place if you are coming from Abu Dhabi because it's the start of Dubai. Free parking available. The room is quite clean, Single beds are small like 90 size Double bed okay 180 size Near the supermarket available Free laundry service available you can wash for free by your self. Reception staff was Good 💯

The experience of staying in this hotel is absolutely amazing! The service is on the high level and the stuff of the hotel is very attentive and friendly! Especially Rizwan, Babar, Sayitan, always help if you need something. If you are coming to Dubai this hotel is a wonderful place of you want to feel like home and relax.

We went with our family last week and it was one of the best hotels we've stayed so far! The room is clean and in good size the staff are all so kind and always smiling as well. Special Thanks to Mr Babar Ali who always helped us! Hope to be back again.
